RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return/Refund:

 

To initiate a return or refund, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, and you need to have the original packaging. The discount processing will take place within 5-7 days.

 

Within two days of receiving the item, you can access the 'My Order' section of the app to check if it is eligible for return or replacement. Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all tags and labels intact, in their original packaging, qualify for a return or replacement.

 

Once you request the return of an item, a pick-up date will be scheduled. Our courier partners will pick up the item within 3-5 business days after receiving your return request. The reimbursement process will commence once the return has been initiated.

 

If you wish to cancel your order, you have a window of 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Please send an email to warriortechsolutions01@gmail.com / info@stylehuts.com for cancellation requests.

 

Exchange:

 

For an exchange or refund, please ensure that the goods are unused and still in their original packaging. An exchange can only be requested if the item is defective, broken, or sent to you in error. We may require you to share a video of the unpacking process for further assistance.
